Help with Readout: Blood Pressure Diary.

Email us with a question or a problem. Say which phone you use, and what you saw.

How do I get the unlock back on a new phone?

Open Settings and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the unlock.

How do I move my log to a new phone?

Readout has no account, so your log is only on your phone. On the old phone, open Settings, tap Export to CSV, and save or send the file. On the new phone, open Settings and tap Import from CSV.

How do I make a report for my doctor?

Open Settings and tap Doctor report. Pick the dates, then share the PDF by Mail, Messages or your patient portal.

The photo read a number wrong

Readout shows the three numbers before it saves them. Tap a number to fix it. For a better read, hold the phone straight over the cuff's screen, in good light, with no glare. To help us fix the scanner, tap Send this scan to support. It opens an email with the photo, and you choose whether to send it.

How do I contact support?

Open Settings and tap Contact support. It opens an email with the app's log, which holds no readings. You can also write to support@valetech.ca.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a reading in History, or delete the app to remove every reading. Data already written to Apple Health or Health Connect stays there until you remove it in that app.

Does Readout take my blood pressure?

No. Your cuff takes your blood pressure, and Readout keeps the log. Readout gives no diagnosis or medical advice. Talk to your doctor about your numbers.
